Validations are available only if you are parking for the day.  If you are spending the night, validations are not available and parking is $30.00.  If you are spending the night and paying $30.00 to park, you have in and out privileges.  If you are parking for the day, and using a $15.00 validation you do not have in and out privileges.

FROM BURBANK/GLENDALE/PASADENA AIRPORT - 12 MILES

Take I-5 South to I-110 South.  Exit 4th Street and follow (this is a one-way street) for about 1/3 of a mile.  Turn left on Olive Street and the hotel is on the left.

Taxi Service: Approx. $40 each way

Shuttle Service:  Approx. $23.00 per person (one way)

FROM LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - 18 MILES/30 MINUTES

Exit Sepulveda Boulevard South.  Stay to the right when out of tunnel.  Take 105 East to 110 North.  Exit 4th Street East and turn left onto Olive Street.  The hotel is located on the left, halfway up Olive Street.

Taxi Service:  Approx. $42.50 per way

Shuttle Service:  Approx. $14 per person (one way)

FROM HOLLYWOOD FWY./SAN FERNANDO VALLEY

Take I-101 South to Harbor Fwy. I-110 South.  Exit on 4th Street and follow (this is a one-way street) for about 1/3 mile.  Turn left on Olive Street and the hotel is on the left.

FROM HARBOR FWY. NORTH/SAN PEDRO

Take the Harbor Fwy. I-110 North toward downtown.  Exit on 4th Street and follow (this is a one-way street) for about 1/3 mile.  Turn left on Olive Street and the hotel is on the left.

FROM SANTA MONICA/WEST LOS ANGELES

Take the Santa Monica Freeway I-10 East and transfer to the Pasadena Freeway I-110 North toward downtown.  Exit on 4th Street and follow (this is a one-way street) for about 1/3 mile.  Turn left on Olive Street and the hotel is on the left.

FROM VALENCIA/BURBANK/GLENDALE

Take the Golden State Freeway I-5 to the Harbor Fwy I-110 South.  Exit on 4th Street and follow (this is a one-way street) for about 1/3 mile.  Turn left on Olive Street and the hotel is on the left.

FROM ORANGE COUNTY

Take the Santa Ana Freeway I-5 North to the Hollywood Freeway I-101 North, exit on Grand Avenue and turn right on Grand Avenue.  Turn left on 1st Street.  Take 1st Street to Olive Street and turn right onto Olive Street.  After 1 1/2 blocks, the hotel will be on the right.

FROM EAST LOS ANGELES/SAN BERNARDINO

Take the San Bernardino Freeway (I-10) West to Los Angeles.  Transfer to the Hollywood Freeway I-101 North.  Exit on Grand Avenue.  Turn right on Grand Avenue.  Turn left onto 1st Street heading east.  Turn right on Olive Street.  After approximately 1 1/2 blocks, the hotel will be on the right.

FlyAway

The LAX FlyAway offers convenient regularly scheduled service, 7 days a week, between LAX and Union Station, fare is $7.00 one-way..  Passengers board buses on the Lower/Arrivals Level in front of each terminal under the green "FlyAway, Buses and Long Distance Vans" signs. Each bus is marked with its service location.

 

Location:  The LAX FlyAway service operates from Bus Stop 9 at the Patsaouras Transit Plaza at Union Station.  Passengers should enter on the Vignes Street side of Union Station.

Travel Time:  Depending on traffic conditions, travel times each way can range from 30-50 minutes.

Taxis

(Taxis can be found curbside on the Lower/Arrival Level islands in front of each terminal under the yellow sign indicating Taxis.  Passengers will be presented with a ticket stating typical fares to major destinations.  Only authorized taxis with an official seal issued by City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation on each vehicle are permitted in the airport.  It is illegal for any transportation services to solicit fares, and travelers using such services do so at their own risk..)

Approximately 40 rental car companies operate out of LAX, with vehicle rental sites located off the airport.  Many of these rental car companies provide phone links inside or near the baggage claim areas on the Lower/Arrival Level of the terminals so travelers can request a free shuttle pick up to reach the rental car sites.
